Summary: A lot of things have happened since Joey died. He's learning that.
Author's Notes: I've been tossing this idea back and forth for a while; canon hasn't done *anything* with how Joey must be reacting to this new world he's in. He hasn't met Bart, he hasn't apologized for that whole Kid's Game thing. And... he doesn't know his mother is dead, let alone that she died because of the Titans.
Me being me, I'm focusing on that last bit this time around. Set just before Titans East actually gets going.
